What we collect

Account details (name, email, hashed password), the recordings and links you submit, the transcripts and drafts produced from them, and usage records (minutes processed, credit charged, payment references).

Your recordings

Uploaded audio and video is stored temporarily on the server while it is processed and deleted as soon as processing finishes or fails. We do not keep a media archive. Transcripts and drafts remain in your library until you delete them.

Large video files are converted to audio on your own device before upload where your browser supports it, so the original video never reaches our server.

AI processing

Audio and text are sent to AI providers for transcription and drafting. Do not upload material you are not authorised to process. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell your content.

Payments

Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay. We receive only a payment reference, amount and status — never your card number or UPI credentials.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

You can delete any recording, transcript or draft from the studio at any time. Deleting removes it from our database. Account deletion is available on request and removes your account, library and usage history within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Passwords are salted and hashed. Traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to the admin console is restricted and logged.
